Our Work

Brain Injury Hub

  • Corporate

The Children’s Trust launched a new online service for parents of children with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). The launch coincided with Brain Injury Week (14-20 May). The Brain Injury Hub draws on the specialist clinical expertise that has been developed at The Children’s Trust and the personal experience and suggestions of parents of children with ABI.

What we did

The new site offers thorough, trustworthy information about childhood brain injury – from hospital stays through to sibling wellbeing. In fact, the site is Information Standard approved, a Department of Health quality mark for reliable sources of information. Just some of the features include an easy-read versions of all materials, bookmark pages to read later and a discussion forum for parents to pose questions and share experiences.

What was involved

Our digital consultancy service was the key to ensuring the Brain Injury Hub was developed to present relevant information both on a desktop and on mobiles with our creative team producing appropriate and easy to navigate styles. The design & build was effective and The Children's Trust were delighted in the overall user experience.
