Standard Chartered Bank wanted to increase the ROI of its high-profile client events. The challenge was to create a secure online system that would improve event promotion through event websites and email campaigns. The goal was to increase delegate response rate, increase attendance, and to reduce the administration of this process.
Our Solution
Red Snapper developed a comprehensive system with a bespoke UI, that empowers Standard Chartered to setup an event website within minutes; each with tailored guest lists, images, and multilingual content. Administrators send out personalised emails, track client responses and attendance through real-time reporting (also available through iPhones), and a centralised data repository enabling meaningful analysis across all events. The system was successfully used for high profile events such as SIBOS and Davos, improving administration efficiency and reducing stress for Standard Chartered.
