At Red Snapper we are always conscious of how a client’s web presence often underpins business objectives and we endeavour to bring in projects on time and in budget.Before embarking on a project and in partnership with our client, we ensure that we have the objectives, deadlines, roles and responsibilities, lines of communications and specifications documented. This aids clarity and ensures first time success.Our services are undertaken in line with the Institute of Management Consultancy guidelines. Methodologies and tools are chosen to meet the specific context of each work unit, drawn from a selection of standards including elements of PRINCE 2, SPRINT and the Rational Unified Process, as well as communications and analyses using UML for applications and architectures. However we maintain a degree of flexibility using a Change Control procedure so we are able to accept changes and new ideas that inevitably arise as the development progresses.
